Return Window

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after 30 days from the date of receipt will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of use, assembly, or damage caused after delivery may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final Sale items (clearly marked at the time of purchase)
  • Custom or made-to-order products

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before initiating the process.

How to Request a Return

To begin a return, please email us at info@bestbuyfurnitureonline.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and respond with instructions within 1–2 business days. Do not ship items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping Responsibility

For returns due to personal preference, change of mind, or reasons unrelated to product quality, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For returns resulting from a defective product, shipping error, or damage sustained during transit, we will cover or arrange return shipping at no cost to the customer. Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will communicate the appropriate resolution upon approval.

Original Shipping Fee

The original shipping fee charged at checkout is non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrived damaged, was defective upon receipt, or does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs clearly showing the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval and returned to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit to your account.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking or handling fee on approved returns.

Cancellations

Before shipment: Contact us promptly to request a cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate the request, but cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the fulfillment process.

After shipment: Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. Please follow the return process outlined above once your order is delivered.
