Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.

Shipping Rates

Orders totaling $90.00 or more (before taxes) qualify for free standard shipping. For orders under $90.00, a flat shipping fee of $10.00 will be applied at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the time of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 6:00 PM Central Standard Time may be processed the following business day.

Transit Time

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery is 4–6 business days, depending on your location and carrier availability. Total delivery time is typically 5–9 business days from the date of purchase.

Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional carriers. The carrier assigned to your order is determined based on your delivery location and package specifications. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for each shipment.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status directly on the carrier's website. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@bestbuyfurnitureonline.com.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout. Additional charges may apply if a package is returned due to an undeliverable address.

Order Cancellation

Before shipment: You may request a cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible after placing your order. Cancellations are not guaranteed and depend on the current status of your order in our fulfillment process.

After shipment: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the item, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy to initiate a return after delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must include clear photographs documenting the issue along with your order number. Claims submitted after 48 hours or without supporting photos may not be eligible for resolution. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, exchange, or appropriate remedy based on the circumstances.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery windows, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier disruptions, weather conditions, high order volumes, or other factors outside our control. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed if a significant delay is identified.
